It's amazing to me what people will believe. I laugh my ass off every time I hear someone state their love for the earth, knowing that they also support the very soft headed leftist causes which hasten it's destruction. Here is one simple irrevocable rule which has no exceptions MORE PEOPLE = LESS ENVIROMENT. The very same people who support enviromental causes oppose limits on immigration, and fight against the checks and balances which nature put in place to control unbridaled overpopulation such as war, disease and starvation. But here's the thing, this whole line of moder thinking isn't about logic, it's about cowerdice. It's hard to support things that are unpopular or that don't make you feel good, but many such things such as controlling immigation or allowing overpopulated nations to starve are logical from a truly enviomental perspetive. Very soon it will become apparent to even the most mush headed do-gooder that there will simply be no free space left for anything but the support of human life. Adolph Hitler was one of the most effective and ardent enviromentalists(and a vegetarian) ever, transformed vast swaths of the eurasian steppe from villages into forest as part of the Nazi concept of Blot und Boden, blood and soil. Ironically one day we may see a supposedly leftist enviromentlist leader decide upon a similiar path in valueing animal life over that of humans. Think of it this way humanity values things based on the frequency of it's occurance, like sand compared to gold. What happens when you can't spit without hitting someone but there are no animals around, which is more important to you. Still don't believe me, compare the most crowded inner city neighborhood to a rural one, inwhich does human life hold more value. With current birth rates which one is more likely to be increasingly common? Bright future huh?     | ||

Boy - You and Dirk should get together and then you could start a mini luftwaffer or SS or something. Maybe become the Florida Branch of the Nazi party.. Who Knows! You could get those cool tan and black outfits going again! Then you could argue over abortion, Vs.tree huging! WHAT IS YOUR POINT! We know that the planet has a limited amount of resources. DUH! Yes overpopulation is potentially a catastrophic problem. But I am not worried. Nature always corrects there things with disease or famine or drought or some kind of disaster. One example is HIV in Africa. For quite some time 3rd world African population was growing faster than anywhere, even India and China. But because of the explosion in HIV, Africa's population is declining. This is Nature's regulatory procedure. Nature will do this again.....I just hope I am not victimized. But I let the forces that have kept this planet going for 5 billion years continue to keep it going. Humans are only a cosmic speck. Let Nature do its thing. Matt PS what was your point anyway? | ||

Labeling someone who disagrees with you as a moral inferior is the refuge of small minded fools. But I hold no grudge, you are just regurgitating what passes for political debate in modern Amerika. I am far from a National Socialist, in fact I neither respect nor follow any law of man that does not suit me. As for the point of the post it is simply (albiet a bit rambling) about overpopulation. | ||
