How many of you guys have used this stuff for depression, how did it work? I am almost done with a cycle and my ex of 3 yrs (on/off) just stopped talking to me because her new boyfriend is jealous and I have been kinda down latley. This girl was my best friend. I am happy w/ my new girl (great in bed) but I get kinda down sometimes cause I miss just talking to my ex and want something besides alcohol to put me in a better mood. Thanks guys!! C. I haven't been helped by any of herbal or alternative meds. SAMe was big news about three years ago, just like St. John's wort was, but those things never helped me. Perhaps if your depression is very mild, it can help. |
