This is what I've heard from all the women I've been with since I got divorced. Including my current lady. "You look so damn good, why do you want to be bigger?" I guess the truth is that we BB's really are an elite group in the fact that we are always striving to improve physically. Actually, other than being a good father to my children, weight training and the safe and effective use of AS is all I really care about anymore. I can't imagine what I'd be doing if I couldn't work out, my desire to live would be minimal. Just a thought for you bros to ponder.

Hate to be the "other guy" but I don't want to get any bigger. I'm all about maintenance now. (6-1, 263lbs.)

My body is fucking sick of carrying this weight. I'm 10.6% bodyfat, which is low, so it's not like I'm carrying shit weight. I want to get down to about 250.

Bigger? Maybe later.

Matt

Frack,

My diet is pretty much a food invasion. I was eating like 6,000 cals a day for a while, but I got absolutely sick of food, and had to back it down a little.

I pretty much get all the protein I need (300-350g daily) from tuna, steaks, burgers, chicken, a shake here and there,...as you can see I don't really worry too much about carbs and if there's some fat in ther eI don't woprry too much.

My body responds really well to cardio to stay lean.

If you want more info you can email me, but basically my diet rule is to make sure I eat enough of what I need, and if I get some extra shit in there it's Ok - I'll burn it off.

I don't go nuts with weighing all my food and counting grams.

Matt

Delts,

In fewer words:

Eat until you shit. Then eat more.

Squat until you temporarily get disoriented.

Deadlift until you are dissociated from reality due to insufficient blood to the brain.

Use AS with common sense and reasonable doses to make and keep gains.

I am so glad to see that not only women are unsatisfied with there bodies.
As a child I was very fat, and got teased alot.
When I grew up and learned how to change my body through working out and eating right, I saw the changes and I was hooked.
The longer I do this, the more changes I see, that makes me want to continue. I WILL NEVER QUIT. I always see things that can be improved!!!

Oh yes it does make Sex more enjoyable!

Delts. I love working out, Period! The weights, the smell of the gym, plus in my life time the addition of hotties walking around in hoochie pants! (jk). Seriously if it were not for this outlet, I would be a crack whore like shagwell... sad, but true.

Well, I have to say I'm pretty satisfied w/ the way I look. I just came out of a fitness competition about two weeks ago. I lost 24 lbs. and got down to 8% bodyfat. I've put about 10 lbs. back on and want to stay where I'm at now.

I don't think we could ever be 100% satisfied w/ our bodies. If we were, we wouldn't need gyms and fitness centers. Sometimes I think the media can give a very false sense of what "being happy with your body" can really mean. i.e. Ally McBeal is not attractive to me as she looks sickly and frail. On the other hand, Monica Brant and Kelly Ryan look amazing to me as they look very athletic and fit, yet still they maintain their feminine qualities.

Just my opinion.

I agree with you Fitness1, nobody is a 100% satisfied with his/her body.

One day I realized that I was always looking the top chicks as I call (lean, cute, etc..) and I looked myself in the mirror and was like "Dawn ! I have to do something with my body ! So I began training 5 years ago and still until I become 225 pounds at 7-9% fat.

I always drop a smile when I hear male teens who drools in front of nice women. I'd like to tell them : "Hey boy ! If you want her, you better workout ! People like us who train hard don't want to be with some lazy potatoes...

Dark Stalker - I think that's cute when young guys drool at nice looking women, too. Actually, it's sort of flattering to the women I think. I know I've had younger guys flirt w/ me, and I usually just give them a nice smile or say, "Thanks, but I'm taken"

Yes Pamela,
As was stated earlier, being fit make sex so much more enjoyable! And congrats continuously achieving your goals of looking better. Wodin......don't be so hard on Shagwell....lol. Fitnes1.....I'm sure you had to train with a dedication to get your bodyfat down that low, but what a feeling once you accomplished this huh? And Dark Stalker, I agree, since transforming my body, I require a great deal more of the women I choose to be with that's for sure. I'll always continue to strive for better as Shagwell has stated! Thanks for the replies brothers and sisters.

Delts - Yes, you're so right! I trained w/ so much intensity and dedication it was probably sickening to some people around me i.e. people I work w/ & some relatives...the ones that don't live the same type lifestyle that I do.

That doesn't bother me, though, I only wish they could understand the WONDERFUL FEELING of how I felt afterwards. I think they did see it in my eyes and how I "glowed" about accomplishing the goals I had placed on myself. What a rush!!!

Delts & Fitness1 : The feeling of exercising is fantastic, I feel it each time I workout.

In our 2000 society, we don't work our body as we should I think. That would explain why a lot of people smoke and drink and don't exercise... Life is easy with all the computers, cellphones, electronics and on. I convinced my gf to train lately and I'm happy to see that she's not sitting for hours in front of the tv. (I hate that !)

Delts - Key West is gorgeous w/ the sunsets! They're known for that!!! There are lots of "frieks & geeks" so to speak (that's what they call them) on the boardwalk esp. at sunset time. It's different, but it's neat. Of course, you have to go and have a "cheeseburger in paradise." They have good shopping. I love the powerboats there.....next, I want to visit South Beach some time!

Delts - yes, I do wear a 2 piece. I hate one pieces! (ha-ha) Of course, you have to wear them in fitness competitions, so I usually dress mine up pretty good w/ flashy stuff.

AGENT SHAGWELL - would you believe I don't have any go-go boots. I bet I need to get some though. I do have the 5 inch platform, clear shoes, though.

Wow, you live that close to South Beach?! Cool! I've heard it's a wild place. A lot of playmates and celebrities go to restaurants & clubs there, correct?
