on here that know, or have some proof, as to how long it takes for actual muscle weight to show on the scale?? Like how long does it take to build muscle? I dunno if I asked the question in proper form, but, we'll see.

Alot of things play into that question. For example a person with average genetics who has just started lifting will put on a significant amount of muscle in his first years of training probably starting to see some muscle weight in a month or two. Now no one is constantly gaining like they were when they started, one has to work harder and find a variety of ways to stimulate muscle growth but to answer your question I would say around a month or two to see at least a few pounds of muscle that has developed.

Hehehe...not to be an asshole but I must point out that the correct way to ask that would be 'ARE there any intelligent lifeforms on here'

Frackal: I agree, but, I know there are a few on here that are intelligent..
Anyhow, the reason I asked is cause I have lost more BF in the past 3 months, but, my weight has stayed the same, as far as numbers go.....

1kikasswoman - Well, if your weight has stayed the same, and your bodyfat is down, then you have undoubtedly gained muscle. You actually could have lost weight and gained muscle....don't worry about the scale, go with what the mirror says, or how your clothes feel. BTW - IQ of 128, does that make me an intelligent lifeform? lol.
