Do you know of anybody that has had lypsuction done. I need to spot reduce my love handles and stomach. I'm 14% bodyfat but I just can't seem to lose in those areas. Is it worth the money.I'm a 29yo male.     | ||

No! No! No! Shit that is like wanting the magic pill. You realize when they lipsuction that shit off your body, it will be EVEN harder to burn it off when it comes back again. Keeping Lean is a life-style, and if you can't keep lean you wil get fat again. I suggest you cut your carbs to nothing. Eat 6times a day, and workout on an empty stomach (cardio wize). ECA stack would help you a bunch too... Hindustan | ||

I know a girl who had that done, and her body feels weird.. like if there is some honeycomb structure underneath the skin. Get rid of it naturally.  | ||

Hindu - I actually believe that once you remove the fat cells, they can no longer come back. You are given a predetermined amount of fat cells at birth, and you can make them grow by getting fat, or shrink them by dieting. But once they're gone you can't produce more. So lipo is permanent. If I'm wrong, prove it. | ||

uh? Ya, OK, I guess it removes fat cells, but, you cna still get fat again....if ya gain weight back and it's fat... someone posted this topic on the Woman's Board too | ||

Liposuction? Its sad if you have to go under the needle to change your body. Do it naturally. ANyhow, love handles can be kinda good...gives you something to hold on too  | ||

LOL .. just looking for an argument... that honeycomb feel freaked me out, but perhaps that was just her. If there was a way to make sure my skin would feel completely natural I would be willing to give it a try. I was watching TV about this chubby guy getting it done, and his waist like was at 43 and it went to 40 after the surgery. If I"m going to go throught the pain he did I would want a 28 inch waist. | ||

I don't know what it is going to take yet, that is what the appointment is for. There is some fat under the skin, but it is very very loose. I can take my stomach and scrunch it and it folds about 20 times. So, I guess the answer is probably both a minor tummy tuck and minor lypo... Puc |
