Can't you get locked up and lose your license for X years if you go more than like 30 or 40 above the speed limit? A friend of mine mentioned that to me when I told him that I could get to his house in 6 hours if I were doing like 160mph (not that I drive that fast or anything... 0 tickets here by the way). =) -Warik | ||

DEAR GOD MAN! Either you have a RED HOT SPORTS CARE or THE DUMMEST LUCK ON THE PLANET or YOU DRIVE LIKE SHIT AND SHOULD HAVE YOUR LICENSE TAKEN AWAY FOR LIFE! I've gotten 3tickets in my entire life, one for 70 in a 55, one for an inspection violation and one for a california roll through a stop sign. Thats it in 39 years... good luck dread and take the bus dude, your insurance must be outrageously high. ------------------  | ||

in my almost 9 years of driving i've gotten maybe 5-6 High school graduation weekend, i got 2 within the weekend , one for driving the wrong way down the beach, (i was high) plus me and my friend where trying to get away from these guys. and one for making a illegl turn. and only like 4 since then. | ||

I got pulled over for speeding 3 times in two weeks and never once got a ticket. One of the cops was fine as hell. I saved the warning he gave me as a memory of the georgeous cop. I drove 96 z28 till a yr ago. Now I drive a heavly moded 00 Z28. Red, yes.
I am quite good because I obesses over things like: racing line, braking distance, tire pressure, sway bar setup, camber caster toe, late apex etc etc etc If I lived up north, I would just ski. | ||

Dread is right, in Texas you can get away with murder in a car. I'm 20, and have had 32 tickets. You see, the smaller cities don't communicate with each other. So, if you get a ticket in South Lake, you can take probation on it there. Then, when you go to the next city, you can get another ticket, and take probation on it too, without it going on your record. | ||
