It is 6AM and I have already eaten my daily caloric allowance.

Do I:

1) Fast for the rest of the day
2) eat normal for the rest of the day
3) Shoot myself out of guilt.
4) Eat glenbentons tits

i'd go with eat normal for the rest of the day, maybe do a little cardio. ALso, treat yourself by eating your own tits Works for Chasey Lain.

Eat normal, maybe a little smaller portions. Glenbenton has tits? I know he has a vagina but I thought he stuffed his bra.

2000 cal/day w/300g protein & low carbs.

I had insomnia bad so I have been up all night, I ate em between midnight and 6am.

ok..first of all, next time you have insomnia use the time on the tread or cardio bike..next, eat normal for the rest of the day...but add some cardio before bed..dont sweat it man, your body will react to this, by upping your inntake iis metabolism will change again..and when you tomorrow go back to the diet down foods, it will drop even more fat..

how long have you been on? its my 12 week as wee speak..started carb loading today...sunday is my LAST DAY..

SORRY I CANT HELP YOU , TAKE AN APPITITE SUPPRESSENT THEN, I GUESS.

I COULDNT EVEN IMAGINE EATING THAT MANY CALORIES IN A DAY, I WAS LUCKY TO HAVE EATEN 540 IN ONE DAY ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO, BUT I AM SLOWLY CHANGING THAT NOW.

RIGHT NOW, THEY KINDA GO UP AND DOWN FOR ME, ALWAY BETWEEN 800 TO 1600 CALORIES A DAY NOW. JUST DEPENDS IF I AM HUNGRY OR NOT.
