I read the book that Sebastian Junger wrote about a year and a half ago and it was a truely expertly written piece. Junger obviously knows his shit about the sea and sword fishing. If you haven't read the book I highly recommend you do. Very sad story though, I hate to think what they went through out there.

Saw it tonight. Great movie. Not as great as Gladiator, but then again, what movie is (I haven't seen a movie as good as Gladiator since Conan the Barbarian). But at any rate, it's like Gladiator in the same sense that you get to see raw courage and senseless bravado. I give it 8 out of 10.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I agree with jackfrost in that the book is excellent. If you read it, it will be time well spent.

Like it a lot. Kind of scary that it's base on real life.
