Story 1st, started work'n out after about a 5 yr lay off from work'n out off and on. I balloned up to 265 and decided to take controle of my life again at the end of July last yr. So this pic is almost 1 yr worth of training. No roids, all nat, just lots of hard work, training, sleeping, and tons of social life sacrifice. I only started hit'n the weights hard in Jan of this yr. Sorry didnt have time to get a before pic.

yea, I do have before pics. I dont have a scanner. I may have time tonight to dig one up. They arent something I like to keep out if you know what I mean. I also threw most away when I got separated. Thats what caused the massive weight gain. Ill see if I can get some time to get one out.

5'8" and 265, that must have been some ugly. Excellent work. I am 5'8" and 165 right now, would like to be up in the 175-185 range, so I have a good idea of how I might look. You have given me a very possible goal.

yea I know Iron, I just started working them about a month ago. I ran like a mofo to get the weight off. They are my life line to getting my BF down and I didnt wanna risk injury or joint problems. Now that Im almost where I wanna be Ive started training them once a week. Theve actually come along quit a bit in that month.

This IS just the beggining!

For a guy who dropped all that weight you look great but at least your see the error and are trying to correct I train with a guy who trying to get his procard but in his early training years he never trained legs and know it's his lagging body part and keeps placing 4 or 5 in top amatuer shows all because his upper leg development sucks (generally speaking)thats how can tell the pro from the a top amateurs by glute to hamstring tie-in and upper quad development
