Well after lifting for going on six years now I finally reached my goal of weighing 220 at 9% body fat...(I started at 150) but, now I'm still not happy...250...I think so! That's what I love about lifting there's never an end. You can always be bigger and badder-x

congrats on that bro. 220 is my goal weight. your right once i get to that I will prob. want more,more,more. I am at 165lbs 5'9 so I am a little piss ant, but i am on my way.

I'd like to be 245 by the time im 25, Im 208 right now and Im 18, but I have some fat to lose around the midsection and don't know how much of my weight is actually muscle

Thats my goal also started at 150 now at 190 and starting cycle tomarrow hope to get to at least 210 but maybe 215,220. But I know when I get there that i will just want to get bigger.

Im the exact opposite of you guys...I wanna cut down from 250 to about 230/225, I have good muscle mass, Im pretty strong, but after football is over, Id like to have a leaner physique, by the time Im done though, 240 might be nice because I should get stronger and more muscular
