Ok, I'll make a long story short. Me and an ex-friend were kinda in a friendly dispute between each other, now his girlfriend got involved, and destroyed some stuff on my door. I called police and safety on her, and the agreement is that we don't come in contact with each other, or talk about one another. She is telling everyone I do steroids. Now this is my problem, say I go to student affairs and tell them that she is saying this stuff about me. Now when they talk to her she will say "yeah I said it because its true" and will probably say she saw my needles or some kind of lie. Now would that give them reason to drug test me or search my room? I can nail her by telling student affairs that she is talking shit on me, but what if it backfires in my face? I am worried, I am clean now, but I got needles in my room along with B-12 which is legal, but will still put me on the suspecious list. What would you do? LP IP: Logged |

I feel for ya bro you're in a difficult situtation. If I was you I would try not to have a lot of stuff in my room right now just in case. You never know and better be safe than sorry. Try to talk to her nice and easy (since chocking that bitch is out of the question)and try to explain her that what ever happened between you guys happened and that she is acting like a 5yo. Take her for a nice dinner or something whatever it takes to shut her up and give it some time so everyone will forget about it. I would go nicely though as my first approach and if that didn't work maybe try a more persuasive way. Hope I helped... IP: Logged |

You should turn the tables on this chick. I've had similar experiences with some fucked up ladies, so I can relate. Here's the plan: Universities are hypersensitive about sexual harassment. USE THIS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. Look in your yellow pages and find a general practice lawyer. Once you come up with a good story, about being sexually harassed by this chick + the fallout of bad rumors and such, bring it to the attention of the student affairs. Drop this lawyer's name. Say that you are aware of your rights, and that if something is not done to remedy this situation you will be forced to take this to court. Your school will be responsive. They don't want a lawsuit. You can bet your pants, she's outta' there before you can say lickity dickity taint. This is kind of messed up, but it should get the job done. Some women do this, why shouldn't you? IP: Logged |

OK dude, anything you could get screwed for in your room, go hide it in a locker in another part of the school or hide shit somewhere not in your room. That way even if they search, they find zip and it makes her look like a liar. IP: Logged |

Think with a clear head. When you start using the past situation ( what she did to your door) as a reason for maliciousness you are going to only screw yourself over in the end. Anyway, I am not flaming you at all bro. Just think smart. You are grown-ups. Rumors are ignorance. If you want the truth, she probably wants your cock. I agree with Texas. Use your head, stay calm and think things through. Don't let worring about rumors, possible room searches etc make you get all goofy and really screw things up. When you let your emotions interfere with your rational, your gunna make a mistake, and you'll have no one to blame but yourself. Try and get her by herself and have a quiet conversation with her, and kiss her ass, but don't let her think she has an inkling of power over you. If that doesn't work (and it prolly won't) Just tell everyone with a shrug that she is mad because she tried to hop on you and didn't let her. Then forget about it. Basically I am not allowed to talk or look at her and she is not allowed to talk to me, There is an ordinance on the both of us. If I were to say "hi" to her, I could get into real deep shit. This sucks, everyone fucking knows now, they all look at me like they are afraid, but I am trying to counteract the situation by being extra nice to everyone. I have another year, but she will not be here after this semester, so I only have to deal with it for a few more weeks.
