Looking in the mirror, others reactions, the fact that I move endless pounds of Iron and that all my lifts are ridiculosly strong. I guess just the RESULTS.

I had my tonsils & adenoids taken out & a septoplasty done on my nose from a deviated septum.Needless to say I could not eat or train for over a month.I've lost more size &
strength than ever before. But I will get it back soon enough,MUSCLE HAS MEMORY.

KEEP THE REPLIES COMING!

Looking at others that are bigger and stronger, and remembering the way that stripper rubbed her hands all over my chest and abs.

Just thinking about how fabulous I'm going to look dancing shirtless (but with a tasteful red kerchief tied around my neck) at this year's San Francisco Gay Pride Parade!

May you frighten me.

I like not being as much of a bone rack. I think I'm vain too but I not much more than anyone else, I just choose to work harder at it to an extent. I would also like to one day lift a small plane.

Scott- I have the same problem. Its hard to keep up with everything you need to do to reach your goal. Try picking a person that inspires you. I keep in mind this woman that weighed 90lbs. After 2 years shes competing in light weight catigories. Now shes up to 120 lbs. I'm a skinney twirp and I hate it. I've gained 10 lbs in 4 months.
You can do it just stay focused on your goals.
