I found an MP3 player on My Simon.com that has a 6 GIGABYTE hard drive. It sells for just over $300.00 and isnt the size of a CD player like some of those comnination CD player/MP3 player deals.
Fry's was almost $50.00 more expensive.

The model is made by ARCHOS and its called the "Jukebox 6000". There are alot of combo Mp3/CD players that offer the huge memory blocks but none have been the size of the 6000 and have SO much memory, check it out

beta as in, still in the working out the bugs stages.

if you get a program online that is a beta program, that means there are people logging the bugs and making changes. its a working model. same with the players.

yea, it's basically what nate said

it's in it's early stages thats for sure. it's prety much just a test product, with alot of little quirks and bugs still

which leads to an overall undesirable product.

wait a year aor so, and it will be g00d
