My genetics suck. Gain fat easy hard to gain muscle. Hair started to fall out at 19! although thanks to drugs nowhere near bald. God I wish could pick my parents. Really sucks to work so hard and only get so so results because of something you cant control.

good genetix. My dad is a freaking beast. I gain muscle easily. Was an all-state football player in high school. I'm fairly good at every sport I play. I'm 20, 5'11" and 233lbs. Not too bad Not everybody can be gifted...

Good and bad here.
wide frame, small joints.
My upper body kicks ass but my legs suck. Those damn things get more ripped but to add size to them is impossible
Even my knees are small.

Good and bad. I somehow inherited my mom's hands only larger, but same structure. So that sucks.

I have a pretty good frame to work with and don't get fat easily and put on muscle pretty ok. I do have a problem gettin my calves to grow though.

I haven't been able to lift since late December and only lost 6 pounds. Down to 149 now.

I have excellent genetics, look at my tone. I only lift once a week, and run to the pub at night (away from the wretched lassies who give chase).

I guess mine are okay for powerlifting, I have a huge ass that isnt really fat and wide hips...I find it easy to lose and gain weight and was always strong, my first ever weight test as a freshman in high school was 135 pounds on bench press for ten reps...my only complaint is that my legs are not very strong, can only do deep, deep squats with like 425 max and I work hard on legs

I really can't complain...I'm 6-2 - could be taller but not bad....light brown hair and blue eyes....hair gets lighter in the summer....

long arms and legs (but not skinny) easy for me to gain weight, easy for me to lose weight...narrow waist...hairline no threat...excellent vertical leap though my parents are not that athletic....intelligent....

I really wouldn't change a thing.

I am like you, MP5. Small bones and joints, broad shoulders, big chest, small waist, and small but lean legs.

Looks like I have been in prison for a few years.

I have a stalky, short, gymnast build. I had 16" calves before I ever touched a weight and I gained muscle very quickly, I am 5'7" 20yr 190@9% BF. My only beef is that I have kind-of a blocky build, but so did dorian . my chest has a split, but not as impressive as franco (who's is?) and that split tends to make my chest a little weak.

My physique is very similar to craig titus.

I don't want to hear it. Big thighs to the point where sometimes I don't go too heavy with the weights because my legs too big and then I have to buy pants with the waist that's bigger than I normally wear. But then you look at my calves. It's horrible... I mean horrible calves. The outer part is big but the inner muscle of my claves is way small or deformed, giving the appearance of small calves. Talking about it makes me sick. Decent sized arms for being natural, but my forearms.... forget it. I've seen match sticks thicker than mine.

As far as working out goes, genetics aren't in my dictionary. I'm happy where I'm at but I think too many people use genetics has an excuse.

I've got a soccer player build(played ball for 13 years)...was rail thin all my life (135lbs) till I started lifting. Still thin at 5'10" 175 ~10% bf and my metabolism has slowed somewhat in the past 2-3 years. I have a weak but well shaped chest, biceps are decent but triceps could stand out more, and my forearms lag like a mafucka. Quads are ok and my calves have always been over 16" whether I touch weights or not so that's about the only thing I don't have to work hard on. I will be a bald bastard one day, most likely by the time I'm 35 or 40. I plan to play professional football in a couple of years, probably an offensive lineman or linebacker.

Im tall. 6'2, and its all legs. Ive always been the skinny guy on the block. Doing athletics for 10 years didnt help me put on any mass either.

But now that i know my shit about training, and dieting, im gaining mass like a freak. I have good peaks on my biceps, so they look big nomatter what, when they are infact small. My lagging bodyparts so far have been my vhest, back, and legs...chest is coming along nicely, back is exploding..but my legs..oh my legs...my calves are the same size as my arms and neck, so they are symmetrical. But, because i have so long legs they look small..same with my legs..i have strong big hams, but my quads are puled up high on the outside..so if i wear shorts it looks like i have no legs....but im working on it

Im average in height, 5"10. Dont like my frame, upper body is naturally slim and legs are very big, massive, so im not very proportional... gain weight easy in my legs (fat and muscle) and not so easy in my upper body... never had a belly but my ass is big so im not than lean... im not very pretty but people say im intelligent...

i have good genetics, not the best though

im a ectomesomorph (or vice versa hehe)

mom has thick, low calves....so...i do too.
short legs that grow fairly easily.

longer torso, wide shoulders. small joints, small waist

only problem is small joints make forearms look small and my neck isnt so big so im not "stocky" looking.

wide shoulders and small waist give the illusion that i hold alot more weight than i really do.

i started out at 140, now im up to 188 (as of today)@5'8" bf about 14 ish (i suck with the calipers)

grow the easiest in my arms, shoulders and calves.

respond best with slow reps, good mind/muscle connection, squeezing past burn and sticking point.

hehe, does that about sum it up? hehe, thats chapter one of the nate chronicles.

so do i have good genetics?....i dont know.
