I'll be there. First time. I heard the expo was the best part about the whole event. Anyone who has been before, please tell me what are the best things to see.

I HAVE BEEN THE LAST 3 YEARS. IT IS A GREAT TIME . COUPLE OF IDEAS 1- BRING A BIG ASS DUFFLE BAG FOR ALL THE FREE SHIT

2 BRING EXTRA CASH FOR ALL THE GREAT DEALS ON SUPPS ETC...
THE BARS THERE HAVE MANY MANY FINE LADIES THERE............
I HAVE YET TO GO TO THE SHOW, ONLY EXPO FOR POON.........

I, too, have gone the last 3 yrs. It's great! The expo gets a little warm w/ all the people walking around, although it was cold outside last year.

1. lots of free supplements
2. lots of nice people
3. lots of pros
4. lots of beautiful people
5. the night shows are great!
6. lots of good deals on clothes

march 2-4 is the date this year it will be my 6th year i look forward to it every year the expo is the best i think they will have 600 booths this year i buy protein bars there every year get them for $10.oo a case everything is cheap! train,eat,sleep!!
