fter dieting down to say 7% fat. What do you do from there?
If I plan to stay at that weight and just slowly add muscle what do I do?

Drop cardio, eat more?

goals for me are everchanging. i have those long term goals set in the back of my mind that i work on (ie getting leaner) but there are more immediat ones i have that i concentrate on. (getting a particular weight on an exercise) best bet if you acheive a major goal is to always have another on the back burner so you can maintain the new found goal and begin focusing on the next major one.

in your case, when you hit 7%, your goal may be to assess what you need to bring up and prioritize your training for that particular bodypart. hope that gives you some ideas.

Now's probably a good time to start bulking. Given the time of year, you can bulk up and try to gain some more strength and size , then begin shredding again in the spring.

To do this, you should cut back on some cardio, and definitely eat more. If you want to build slowly, just eat clean. You must have noticed some strength losses when you cut to 7%. If that's the case, set some new strength goals.

As Im lowering my bodyfat % my strenghth is actually going up, or at least staing the same.

I do not compete so I dont need to bulk up and cut. I just want to stay lean. Im 6ft 220 @ 10% My goal is 215@7%. With my genetics that is possible. 6 weeks ago I was 226 @ 19%!!
My all time goal is to be 230lbs at 7%.

I want bigger arms/ calfs, smaller waist.

Damn Steelheart, tell the rest of us how you did that. 9% body fat reduction in 6 weeks is pretty good.

Steelheart: according to my calculations you claim to have lost 20 lbs of fat while gaining 14 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks. this means each week you lost 3 1/3 lbs of fat while gaining 2 1/3 lbs of muscle every week. hmmmm....

Start adjusting you caloric intake upwards again. Do it slowly until you find the medium in which you gain quality pounds, not excess fat.

those claims seem to be far fetched but im not here claimimg anything but my results. I cant explain it, its just what my tests showed. They could be off a few % but I did make a great transformation. Pics will be posted n 5 weeks.
My workout is poated in the training area.
What I did was start seriously eating 6 times per day. Lowfat meals, been 100% strict. Supplements were designer protein and (E.C)

No Drugs! I grew out of that now...

I guess the sudden jump in my strictness helped me allot.
