Seriously...last Wednesday I was doing SL deads and I have fucked something up back there. I wasn't going especially heavy or anything, and I did warmup properly. I didn't hear a pop, but I have had consistent pain back there for the past week(started out as a dull ache and is now more of a sharp pain). It's like in the middle of my back over on the left side (my weak side) like right around the area where my lat connects to the rest of my back. I don't really know if it's a muscle or a tendon that I've hurt. Today is actually the first day it hasn't been hurting and today is back day but I think I will be skipping the deads. Anyone have any idea what I screwed up back there?

More than likely a muscle pull or perhaps a pinched nerve. Thoase usually take a few days to work their way out. You should probably stretch it lightly and up the protein to a couple of cows a day.

I would have to say it was probably the ass ravishing you received in the locker room from you high school swimming coach, heard you were the best at the back stroke sweetness. On the real, like TD said I believe its a pinched nerve, rest is the key. peace poo face.
