THIS IS MY DIET RIGHT NOW, PLEASE HELP IF YOU FEEL IT CAN BE BETTER
9:00AM-5EGG WHITES, I CUP RICE
11:00-WHEY PROTEIN
1:00-WHEY PROTEIN
3:00-2CHICKEN BREASTS 0R CAN OF TUNA
6:00-WHEY PROTEIN
8:00-WHEY PROTEIN

ALSO I DO 130 MIN CARDIO PLUS MY TRAING A DAY, CAN SOMEONE TELL ME IF THIS IS GOOD

wow.....Im in a hurry now so cant help you as much. But that diet is terrible. Eat more whole foods.I would only consume the whey after working out. Increase your calorie intake !!! Carbs, Protein, and Fats too !!!

here is the diet im currently in..im 2 weeks out, been dieting down for 10 weeks. gone from 233 pounds to 206 pounds..currently 8.9% bf..

BEFORE MORNING CARDIO:
2 capsuls of Ripped Fuel

MEAL1 (after cardio):
7 eggwhites
2 yolks
100 grams oatmeal
1 scoop protein powder
2,5dl low fat milk
+ vitamins, omage3 etc.

MEAL2:
2 scoops of protein powder mixed with water
2 capsuls of Ripped Fuel

MEAL3:
one half skinless chicken
half a broccoli

MEAL4(pre-workout):
2 scoops of protein powder
2,5dl low fat milk mixed with 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil
2 capsuls of Ripped Fuel

MEAL5(post-workout):
2 chicken breasts (skinless offcourse)
half a broccoli

MEAL6:
7 eggwhites
2 yolks
1 piece of bread
1 tablespoon of PB

MEAL7:
2 scoops of protein powder mixed with water

Meal 1: 716kcal, 21g Fat, 70g Carb, 62g Pro
Meal 2: 144kcal, 1g Fat, 1g Carb, 34g Pro
Meal 3: 242kcal, 3g Fat, 9g Carb, 44g Pro
Meal 4: 402kcal, 20g Fat, 14g Carb, 42g Pro
Meal 5: 330kcal, 4g Fat, 9g Carb, 64g Pro
Meal 6: 416kcal, 19g Fat, 21g Carb, 38g Pro
Meal 7: 144kcal, 1g Fat, 1g Carb, 34g Pro

total:
2494kcal, 69g Fat, 135g Carb, 332g Pro

MrMuscle- how did you figure out the diet you're currently on? I want to do a cutting diet as well and am torn between doing the one meal a day plan or something similar to what you're on. Right now I'm 140lbs and 10%bf eating 1200-1300calories, 20-30g fat, 130-200g carbs and 130-160protein. I want to drop at least 10lbs and lower the bf% as well. Do you have a method to figuring out how much the ratios should be for me to hit my goals?

there are now "plan" you can go by man. you have to feel your way, look in the mirror, see the changes, and change what needs to be change...keep a journal of what you eat and when.stuff like that..

the basics are to lower your carbs, and up your protein, get most of your fat from "good" sources. like fish oil, flaxseed oil, some eggs, and some meat. thats about it....its really all about how dedicated you are..
