i think you'll get a lot of different answers...stuff works for one person and doesn't for another. it depends a lot on the diet and cardio aspect of it. 3 months ago people were praising this shit on the board, and now everyone says it sucks and to use lipokinetix just cuz they don't feel anything on md6 (which you're not supposed to on it anyways).

as for me, i'm using it right now and i don't think it's so bad compared to other shit i've used b4. the first day or two it made me sick, but once i got over that it was all good. since i'm on a cutting phase, i'm alternating between thermos. i'm almost done with md6, then on to hydroxycut for a few weeks, then lipokinetix, then prolly finish up with some dymetadrine xtreme. it's good to keep the body guessing, ya know? well i would just say try md6 and see if it works for ya, cuz like i said other stuff may work for some people, but you gotta find out what works for YOU.

I used MD6 about 4 months ago but didn't notice anything at all. Like you, I felt really sick on it. The problem was that I couldn't get my money back like they promised. I've been on the Lipokinetix now for a little over 3 weeks and have pretty decent results. I agree though that certain things just work for some and some don't work for others.

Did anyone notice a really wierd plastic like smell in there urine while on MD6. If so tell me what this is all about. I started taking milk thistle at the same time as MD6 so it could be from that...although I doupt it.

I tryed the MD6 2 months ago but I noticed no change in results from my regular program. I to felt sick when taking it and stoped befor I finished the whole thing.

I don't know about returning it but I heard others say they gave them a hard time when trying to return a product.

The Yohimbine in MD6 can make a lot of folks feel sick. You otherwise shouldn't 'feel' too much from this supplement since the Norephedrine doesn't really affect the CNS like ephedrine does. If you're not used to caffeine you may get a buzz from it for a few days.

Does it work? It doesn't help much with workout intensity, but it does curb appetite better than ephedrine. For fat-loss, the amount of yohimbine is not ideal. You're better off taking the yohimbine once a day, on an empty stomach, before cardio at the rate of 0.2mg per kilo bodyweight. But if the yohimbine makes you sick......stick to ECA. You're also paying a lot of extra money for stuff like gugguls, which just haven't lived up to their expectations in the real world.
