I am changing my workout schedule and will be working out at 5:30am instead of evenings. What I am a little confused on is what to eat before going to the gym and how long before I go. I dont want to be waking up at 4 to get a meal in, but if thats what I got to do then fine...what do you guys do?

hey bro just down a protein shake ...or something like that ...i go to the gym at 4 am just to do cardio...i go on an empty stomach
