no.i havnt but i know a friend who has and he was 36%body fat and after his cycle he was14%body fat.clen is very effective to loose fat with or without exersise IP: Logged |

Hold on there bro, how long was the cycle? 22% is hard to believe, especially for someone who obviously never watched their diet to begin with. You can eat all the clen you want if you do not do any exercise at all you may lose a little weight , but the results will be minimal at best ------------------ IP: Logged |

it didnt work for me. just made my heart go crazy. � couldnt stand it after 10 days and quit. still have my heart beating like crazy sometimes - for no good reason. better be carefull. � dont believe in those miracle pills anymore - � have tried them all. � believe its about working out haaaard and eating right.
