Been working in the gym for about 3 months now.Im 44 yr male dropped from 238 to 216,very pleased with results so far. Now Im working on building mass in my arms and legs.Taking in about 200 gm of protein a day. My question is went to my doctor for my check up he told me I was very low on b12, so low i will have to take injection every month from now on.Seems that I read that b12 will help your workouts is that true?

b-12 is not that big of a deal. Do it your self. I inject three times a week because you can use a 25 to 30 gauge needle. Look on the front page of the anabolic board there is more info.

I read that B12 helps to increase your energy for working out.
