i would like to know which supplements would be good for women in order to tone and loose bf. i don't want to get too bulky though.
i'm working out 4-5 times a week with a combination of cardio and weights. my bf is 30% and i can't seem to get rid of it.
people tell me about clen, creatine etc
please help

Barbara, Have you tried any of the thermogenic compounds such as Hydroxycut, xenedrine or just a home-made eac stack(ephidrine, aspirin caffeine stack). These are all designed to raise your metabolism and body temp which all burns fat. These are the foundation of fat burning, while retaining muscle in virtually all body building routines.

thanx newbe,no i never tried any of it. please let me know where to get this stuff and i will try it out.
due to the fact that i'm vegeterian i don't have a huge protein in take, will that be a problem?

I cannot give a real educated opionion about being a vegatarian. Because I don't know to what degree you follow such a diet. Can you take protein supplements, whey protein, do you eat eggs? Is that meat or dairy? I don't know, what I do know is that PROTEIN is the key to muscle developement without it you have no chance. So you must figure a way to take in 1 gram of protein per Lb of bodyweight. Example,you weigh 120lbs you need 120 grams protein a day, spread out over 5 or 6 smaller meals. Good Luck and remeber above all else diet is the key.

You guys forget about "diet fuel" by TwinLab. It's a very good product if you want to loose weight.
