Ummmmm Diuretics will not help you to lose ANY bodyfat, only water. Of course if some of that water is from subcutaneous fluids then your muscles will show better after the diuretics.

I understand the use. After 4% water weight is just about all that is left to shed. In all thruth it would be impossible to get ACTUALY 2%. But measuring with calipers it is the water weight that needs to come off. Now that I have clarified the question, is it possible to measure 2% with calipers and not use dieritics?

I guess it depends on the calipers, but because the ones that I have seen tend to underestimate your bf%, MAYBE YES. If you did show 2% on calipers, you'd probably be around 5% in actuality, so quite possibly yes. From experience, I've measured 4% on calipers myself, with only herbal diuretics.
