I have to stuff myself into oblivion to try to get enough protien, carbs, calories, etc. into my system. Anyone have an "over-the-counter" suggestion on what might increase my appetite?

Many claim that vitamin B12 increases their appetite. While there is no good support scientifically, the numbers who claim this is compelling. Another reported appetite enhancer is Fenugreek extract, which also increases insulin levels and may explain the increase in appetite.

It may just be me, but a multivitamin, like Centrum, consistantly made me hungry as hell.

I started playing with when I took it, I could feel an obvious difference, definately a pattern. It works! I ate everything in sight. Just an observance. Hope it helps.

I have found eating a big breakfast just makes me more hunrgy throughout the day, give this a shot.

Also stay away from ECA stacks...

I've heard that before about the big breakfast increasing appetite. I wonder why that is.... I'll definitely give that and the other suggestions a try. Thanks all for the suggestions.

Sometimes you just have to force yourself to eat!! Eat every 2-3 hours and get on a schedule and you will start getting hungry. Stay away from fat burners!!
