ok-I know I got these numbers somewhere but now I can't remember the source and want to make sure they are accurate. I read a site that provided different numbers and now I am confused. 1 gram of fat has 9 calories I need to ensure these numbers are accurate as I am using them in my protein/carb/fat breakdown.    | ||
