If anyone is interested, I have Duchaine's Body Opus that I don't need anymore. Give me an e-mail if anyone wants it.

I forgot to mention that it's free. You'll just need to send me a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

I have McDonald's book too so I really don't need Duchaine's and I thought someone here could use it.
I do recommend it for those trying to get rid of those last few pounds of stubborn fat. I only stuck with it for about 4 weeks. I think it's the kind of diet that should be kept short and used off and on to shock the body into giving up the fat (just my 2 cents).
I lowered my body fat on it, especially the stubborn areas around my gut, without a noticable decrease in strength, but it got to a point were I couldn't stand the smell or sight of eggs, bacon, or steaks (you really have to love that kind of food). Also I mountain bike, and I really didn't have the energy to hit the trails hard.

Sorry, no more entries. We have a winner. I was suprised that not too many people were interested in the book.
