I am currently 255lbs 5ft 11 1/2in with a 32inch waist. About 10-12% fat.

Anybody got any Idea of the # of cal I need to intake. I would like to drop about 10 during this month off. I have plenty of disipline. Offer me some suggestions. I can force myself to eat any food if you have a good diet let me know.

Oh forgot, T3 and t4 available, but I do not want to risk losing much muscle in this process.

Depending on your age, but as a rule of thumb you need about 2K calories a day to maintain your body weight. Also Look @ a five day protien two day carb routine, I've been using this diet pattern with some really good results.

yo bro all you need is to find out what's ur BMR or basal-metabolic-rate which is the amount of calories your body needs to maintain same body weight on none training days!

Just make sure that after you find this information you eat a lot of protein to keep some muscle and less carbs and fats for no unwanted new fat by the way 50%-25%-15% would be fair and good enough for you!

when I used your stats in a few BMR calculators I found on the web, they all came out around the same (I assumed your age was 28, but I know that's probably wrong). Anwyhere from 2800-3200 calories/day. BUT, I would suggest entering in your data yourself, to give a more accurate number.

Also, glutamine might be something worth looking into.

Will you be doing any activity at all (swimming perhaps)?

I prefer to use this site (uses some estimation on activity level, but it pretty accurate). Just thought I'd post it if you were still interested.
