Hey gang, I have a stupid question. I've been dieting for a couple of months and doing real good. But today i cheated and ate a shit load of Hooters chicken wings.... Do you guys think that will throw me way back? I'm going to do about 45 min of cardio and drop my carbs for the rest of the day. I'm about 8-9% bf. I think it won't effect me to bad. Thanks!!

i don think a cheat day is not a big deal just as long as its not frequent. chickens wings are the best cheat food good choice. there actually not bad if you eat them in reasonable portions because it contains little to no carbs( unless its caked with honey sauce) and good amounts of protein

Cheat days are not bad for you. It's ok to have one cheat day a week or two. Just don't overdo it. If you're dieting for a competition, don't use a cheat day. If you're just dieting to stay fit, have one once a week. And if you fall off your diet, don't stress. Just pick up where you left off.
