okay here's the problem, since i don't have time or the patience to start cooking myself chicken or fish every three hour, i need everyone's experience and knowledge to help build small easy receipies of high protein meals, i'm thinking sandwiches or something like that? is it possible, or do i need to carry my oven everywhere in order to get big?

Bottom line it take time & effort. I cook alot on Sunday for the week (usually run out by wednesday). I cook a bunch of chicken breast and fish, wife cooks some rice and sweet potato.
I'll make up the meals for the day the night before. This works for me and giving up my Sunday afternoon is worth the time saved during the week..
