Sometimes when I'm late for work (2nd shift) I can't prepare my meals to take with me so I go hours without eating.
Would it be better for me to go to McDonalds or something than to miss a meal althogether?

Depends upon what you are trying to achieve for your physique.

Buy A chicken sandwich or burgers, and take off the buns and eat just the protein and a little mustard is ok, but skip the ketchup because of suger intake, and buy a salad eat it with out dressing. Order a plain baked patato If you want some good carbs. Just drink water. This really good considering its fast food and its better then skiping a meal.

If you are going low carb approach just meat with alittle mayo. You can lose fat and eat at MCdonalds. Just make shure you dont eat sugar foods or fried foods or refined breads.

I don't eat at McDonalds cuz i think its a shit house so I don't know what you can order that would be to the best of your benefit. From what I read above it sounds like you would have to make several modifications which figues true to my concept of McDonalds.

Plan...Plan...Plan I grill 5 lbs. of chicken every Sunday and package it for the week. If you want to grow you have to be serious.

since we're talking about chicken i'd thought i'd put in some info on chicken patties. I know we've all ate them but do u know what's in them? Well they take the chicken meat, along with liver, kidneys', intestines, all the junk basically and grind it all up with some meat and there's your new tasty chicken patty. And it's the same everywhere, even in the market. Be careful, i know many people think they're doing really good eating these chicken patties...

Nah chicken wont go bad in 4 to 5 days. It is easy to fix. Get you one of those George Foreman grills.....i swear it makes some good ass grilled chicken! Or get you some of those foil bags they have at the grocery store, throw a bottle of lemon juice, spices, etc inside, then add about 12 pieces of raw chicken, bake and your done. Chicken is good, but i try to eat more Red meat when im on my massbuilding diet.

WHatever you do....always eat. Its far better to eat a little something shity than nothing at all, even if your trying to lose body fat. When you starve yourself, you body breaksdown muscle along with fat. Less muscle, means less capacity to burn calories at rest and in motion, and you metabolism slows, also effecting you over all calorie burn.
BUT---I agree with the other post....plan a litter. Hell your spending your money on Clen and you can't take a little time to plan your meals??? THats money down the tubes!!!!!!!
