collagen is not a protein, it's a hormone made from 'cows & pig' tissues,its used mostly for cosmetics purposes.Be careful. | ||

If you are talking about eating collagen, don't. Your body can't use or break it down, and it will have no benefit at all. | ||

just a little advice... if you want it... stay away from collagen and all kinds of other funny shit that involve animal hormones, or waste from animal- like the kind found in hot dogs and chicken patties. Most of it is bone, ears, brain, guts, joints, etc. |
