Can someone post a new diet for me that consists of 7 meals a day, high protien, low carb. I work out 5 days a week and do cardio 4-5 times a week. I am currently around 195 lbs., 5'9" tall, and around 10% bodyfat. I am sick of my current diet and I am looking to get more leaner right now. HELP ME!

I currently eat 7 times a day. It is a high protien diet (app. 200g), low carb. (app. 100-150g all taken in with my irst four meals). The diet mostly consists of eggs, chicken, tuna, aotmeal, ricecakes, veggies, water, PB, and some occasional fruit. I feel that my body has gotten used to the diet, so I went off the edge of it for a while and have been cheating more and more. I want to get bakc to being strict again, but I need a new diet.
