Our policy is simple: Cap-M-Quik.com compiles a list of our customers strictly for our own private in-house use and for the purpose of tracking demographic information, and keeping you informed on what's going on with Cap-M-Quik.com. The list is kept completely confidential at all times. We do not and will not sell, trade or otherwise distribute this list for any reason whatsoever. We don't like getting junk email either!

Once an order is placed and credit card and personal information is requested, orders are then processed through CardService International/Linkpoint and all transactions and information are encrypted for your security and peace of mind. Look for the "https:" at the beginning of the address line. The "s" indicates information being transmitted is secure and encrypted.

Q: How many mg (milligrams) do the capsules hold?
A: Mg is a weight measurement. The density of the powder, plus the capacity of the capsule (in ml) means that mgs can vary greatly. As an example, a size 1 capsule can hold approximately 300 to 600mg depending on the density of the powder. A small scale is needed for more precise measurements*.

Q: How come I get an error message when trying to order that says "Unable to process this order. Contact merchant"?
A: We've seen this problem every once in a while. Firstly, make sure you type in the complete site address as follows:
http://www.cap-m-quik.com. We also notice that ordering seems to work best through Internet Explorer, 800x600 dpi. Contact us if the problem persists.

Q: How long does it take to fill 50 capsules?
A: Less than 5 minutes with a little practice. Challenge yourself! That's what I do. Whaaat?!? It's fun!

Q: How long have Cap-M-Quik® products been made?
A: The first Cap-M-Quik® was manufactured in 1981 by S.L. Sanderson. He's made a few gazillion more since then.

Q: How long does it take for delivery of the products?
A: We get the products to you as quickly as possible. At this time, we're able to turn the order around in about 3-5 business days for most domestic orders.

Q: Do you offer overnight shipping?
A: We can ship via USPS Express Mail, which is overnight to most US destinations, however there is an additional charge for overnight shipping. Contact us by email for info.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Your card statement will show a charge to Downright-Harry Productions.

Q: Will you accept a personal check?

Q: Why do you call your company 'Downright-Harry Productions?'
A: Downright-Harry Productions is the parent company of Cap-M-Quik.com, an authorized reseller of Cap-M-Quik® products. Cap-M-Quik® is a registered trademark of S.L. Sanderson & Company. It was the early 1990's. I worked for a hard rock radio station. It seemed like a really good name at the time.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Cap-M-Quik® capsule fillers and tamping tools may be returned for refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and in like-new condition. Sorry. There is no refund for opened empty vegetable or gelatin capsule packages.

Q: Can you ship to addresses outside of the US?
A: Yes. Via Express Mail Service though the USPS only. You may also be responsible for duty fees through customs in your own country. Contact us for postage rates and other details.

Q: Does the price include sales tax?
A: There is no sales tax charged outside of the state of California. If you live within California, you'll need to add 7.5% sales tax by clicking on the "California Residents" button at the bottom of each order page. (We have to help Governor Davis keep the terrorists from blowing up our bridges!)

Q: Can I contact you by phone?
A: You're certainly welcome to try, however Downright-Harry Productions and Cap-M-Quik.com are not retail outlets. We don't have a phone staff & will most likely end up calling you back.
