hey girls just wondering how often i should work out just joined the gym..im 5'2 114 lbs..i basically want to get very toned up and tight..im planning on going 4 days a week..but in those 4 days can i make each day organized like day 1 do butt and abs if so can u help me make a little schedule?..i dont want to forget anything..xoxox thnx
