Can I emulate a mens lifting routine or do I need to make specific adjustments ? Is flat bench press recommended for a woman or would cable flies be better? I just wanted to make sure I dont do anything to risk my body.
 
. it is perfectly safe to train with free weights as long as you use proper form and have a spotter if you are not sure if the weight is too much.. ask a guy in the gym to spot you, they will be more than happy to

i would tell you ask people in the gym for pointers on form but most people have no clue what they are doing anyway lol, even the personal trainers!!

You can do whatever men can with no need to make any adjustments.
