Excerpt: I'm not pregnant, but hope to be in a few years and I was just thinking this weekend about working out while pregnant.     Working out while pregnant

    I'm not pregnant, but hope to be in a few years and I was just thinking this weekend about working out while pregnant. This is probably a "consult your doctor" issue, but as I'm not there yet I'm just curious if anyone here did workout while pregnant and what you did, call it planning ahead . Please share!

    You can definitely work out while pregnant, and for a good portion of the pregnancy you should be able to continue your routine as normal. As you get later into the pregnancy, you will likely need to modify your workouts though depending on their intensity.
