    A little late reporting...but I recently reached my goal of benching more than I weigh for reps....yay!

    This is awesome and very rare amoung average females but I always knew you were far from average.

    Pin press...2" off, pushed 120 tonight. Close grip bench, 100 x 3 twice. Next week should be interesting! New bench max??
    Last Monday, 2 sets of chin ups 7 reps (damn I want 10 SO bad!!), 6 on the 3rd.

    Thanks! Should be sometime soon. Trainer said when I hit 120 on the bench, he'll find me a competition. I'm THISCLOSE....the body has the strength, now if my brain would just decide to cooperate...

    We did lightened method bench last week...I hit 170. Kinda freaked myself out, haha!

    Incline Bench - 105
    Decline Bench 125
    Close grip bench - repped 100 for 3 this morning - on a lark...at the END of my workout
    Chin ups I'm up to 9. Damn I want that last rep SO bad!

    Newbie here, looking for diet advice. Want to get my body fat down. I'm not into shows or contests, but just doing it for myself. Any cookbooks or nutrition books you could recommend?

    Comp 2 weeks from today...hoping to smack another 5 lbs on there by then
