Good for you for getting your cardio out of the way for the day!! I have yet to get the gumption to do it. I can do it on weekends but to hell with the week. I really need to start going to bed earlier during the week!!

Thanks, Jacqueline! :) I have trouble getting up that early on most days. It doesn't help that I have problems falling asleep at night, either. lol!! One of my goals for this week is to get up early every day. We'll see. I'm not the most coherent person in the morning, so I usually talk myself out of it before I even realize it. :lmao:

Now, if I could only drag my ass out of bed this early every day. :lmao: The run was pretty easy today, though! WOO HOO! Too bad this Stacker has me wound up and crazy feeling.

20 minute nap in the tanning bed :sleep2:

2:30 - 3 Cabbage Slaw (recipe from sparkpeople.com)
1c shredded cabbage
1/2T rice vinegar
3/4T marmalade

Fat: 0.2g
Carbohydrates: 14.4g
Calories:57.2
Protein: 1.3g
3oz baked chicken
5 cucumber slices

Unfortunately, I am still hungry. :( Oh well.

I'm having problems drinking more. I do well at work and at home, but I'm not drinking enough during my commute or at the gym. :(

Do you all have any tips for taking pics? My camera doesn't have a flash, but hopefully I'll find a room with a mirror and enough light. I'm SKEERED. :lmao:
