Hey ever hear of that Bacardi Island Breeze alcohol?? You can buy it at the liquor store & it's called a "spirit" cuz it's neither rum or vodka, etc.....but it comes in Coconut, Lime (good mixed with Sprite/7UP) and Berry (good with Diet Cola) and it's about 45 cals a shot - so it's lower cal than regular booze....Could be something you could try if drinking at home.....

I have tried the Bacardi Breeze before, but I had forgotten all about it. I bought a bottle of the berry flavored as soon as it came out last year. lol! Seth's wanting cran and vodka so I don't know if I will do the Bacardi Breeze, but it's DEFINITELY something I will keep in mind.

Weight - ??

I am feeling sick to my tummy thanks to yesterday's food. UGH. Nasty. Blech.

8:21 - Stacker 3

9:00 - Run - 2 miles @ 5.0 mph = 24 minutes
cooldown - .3 miles @ 3.0 mph = 6 minutes
I RAN TWO MILES STRAIGHT WAHOOO!! I don't even care if it was incredibly slow. :lmao:
-1 bottle Fruit2O
This shit is nasty while your running. It does nothing for thirst.

9:50 - 20 minutes Winsor pilates

10:30 - 1/2c FF cottage cheese
1T ANPB
1T protein powder (chocolate)
1/2 banana
I mushed it all together, and it tasted like feet. I doubt I will be eating that concoction again.
1 Viactiv multi-vitamin chew :p (tastes kinda like a Tootsie Roll!)

Awesome job on the run! My first running race the speed walkers were passing me! so keep on plugging it WILL get better.
