Excerpt: I have decided to start another log. Over the past year or so I have fallen off and gotten back on the fitness bandwagon more times than I can count! I'm actually in a good place right now, new townhouse, a job I enjoy (well, I don't mind going at least, lol!), and I can FINALLY afford a gym membership! WOO HOO! Last Friday I signed up for a year membership at the Y, and I am so happy to be back in a real gym! So, here goes... I'm 5'6", 24 years old, and as of today 127.2 pounds. So

    Weight - ??

    I am feeling sick to my tummy thanks to yesterday's food. UGH. Nasty. Blech.

    8:21 - Stacker 3

    9:00 - Run - 2 miles @ 5.0 mph = 24 minutes
    cooldown - .3 miles @ 3.0 mph = 6 minutes
    I RAN TWO MILES STRAIGHT WAHOOO!! I don't even care if it was incredibly slow.
    -1 bottle Fruit2O
    This shit is nasty while your running. It does nothing for thirst.

    9:50 - 20 minutes Winsor pilates

    10:30 - 1/2c FF cottage cheese
    1T ANPB
    1T protein powder (chocolate)
    1/2 banana
    I mushed it all together, and it tasted like feet. I doubt I will be eating that concoction again.
    1 Viactiv multi-vitamin chew (tastes kinda like a Tootsie Roll!)

    Awesome job on the run! My first running race the speed walkers were passing me! so keep on plugging it WILL get better.

    There will be no loggage for Sunday. I have a hellacious hangover and have been throwing up everything that I've eaten. The good news is I doubt I will be drinking more than a couple drinks again for a VERY long time.

    6:18 - dragged my ass out of bed

    6:30 - Treadmill - 2 mile run @ 5 mph = 24 min
    Now, if I could only drag my ass out of bed this early every day. The run was pretty easy today, though! WOO HOO! Too bad this Stacker has me wound up and crazy feeling.

    7:50 - M1
    1 scoop pro powder
    8oz. H2O
    viactiv multi , 1 fish oil, B complex, C

    Good for you for getting your cardio out of the way for the day!! I have yet to get the gumption to do it. I can do it on weekends but to hell with the week. I really need to start going to bed earlier during the week!!

    Thanks, Jacqueline! I have trouble getting up that early on most days. It doesn't help that I have problems falling asleep at night, either. lol!! One of my goals for this week is to get up early every day. We'll see. I'm not the most coherent person in the morning, so I usually talk myself out of it before I even realize it.
