I could not get to sleep last night. I took melatonin at 9:30, and that usually does the trick. I ended up falling asleep some time around 3:30 - 4:00 a.m. :(

These were on sell for .75 each, so I bought one of each flavor. YUM! Too bad they're packed with sugar

I have been dog tired all day, but now that it's actually time fore me to sleep I'm as energetic as can be.

Right calf is still doing the crampy thing. I massaged Tiger Balm into it tonight. Hopefully that will help. I'm bringing it to the gym tomorrow.


It's almost FRIDAY!! My best friend is coming in from NYC, and another friend is staying with us for the weekend before he goes to Iraq. It should be fun! I'm going to try to stay pretty tame except for one night. ;)

Alright. Here is where it starts to get nasty... I went a little (okay, WAY) overboard on my cheat day. :chomp:

2:00 - Ghirardelli dark chocolate (2 servings)

5:45 - Pure Protein bar (s'mores)

6:30 - Popeye's (hubby's idea)
butterfly shrimp
biscuit
coleslaw
starting to feel a little sick

10:00 - 1.75 Coors light
1 slice thin crust cheese pizza

10:55 - SLEEP
I was feeling so sick to my stomach. Ugh[.i]

Carbs: 183 - 34.1%
Fat: 111 - 46.5%
Protein: 104 - 19.4%

Usually my entire weekends are cheats, so I'm going to try and tone it down the rest of the weekend. I know we're drinking Saturday night because my friend is coming in from NYC, but I'm going to stick with vodka, club soda, lemon, and lime juice. Plus I'm only going to try to have a few instead of getting wasted. We'll see if that happens.
