Like you did on Saturday, I ate that every day for a solid 3 weeks (on holiday)and wonder why I have put on weight :worried: I have never written it down though and reading your log made me cringe with embarrassment, imagining what my vacation log would have looked like.

Good luck with cutting down on the weekend refeeds!

I am feeling SO bloated today. My rings, which are usually very loose, were hard to put on. It's times like these that being a girl sucks!

6:30 - Treadmill - 30 minutes, 2.5 miles @ 5mph. YAY!!
By this weekend, I want to run 3 miles. Today's run wasn't bad at all. Once I get to 3, I'll start working on my time. I'm as slow as a snail right now! :lmao:

7:50 - 1 scoop pro powder, 8oz H2O, multi, C, B, 2 Midol

Thanks mermaid. I cringed writing it out as well. No wonder I have so much squish!!

6:30 - Carribean workout - pilates (FitTV)
I think I'm going to start incorporating some of their workouts into my morning routine. It was a nice change this morning!

I haven't checked out the Caribbean pilates......but isn't FitTV great!! Check out Yummy Yoga - it's a little corny, but very relaxing.....

Jens: I will do a search for that tonight! I hope it is on at a time I can do it. I love the All-Star workouts. They're really fun, but I'm not home when they come on. :( I love FitTV!
