I wanted to see exactly how my weekend cheats are affecting me, so this log is going to be disgusting, I warn you! I usually eat like this ALL weekend long, starting on Friday, but that HAS to stop. I didn't record the times I ate, just the food intake. :sick:

Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Adults Choice Gummi Drops - Multi-vitamin, 1 serving
Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread, 1 serving
natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp
Protein Muffin, 1 serving
McDonalds Small French Fries, 0.33 serving
McDonalds 6 Piece Chicken McNuggets, 0.33 serving
McDonalds McChicken, 1 serving
McDonalds Ranch Dressing (1 package), 0.33 serving
Pizza Hut Medium Thin 'n Crispy Cheese Pizza (1 slice), 5 serving
Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
Light Beer, 4 can or bottle (12 fl oz)

Now, the only difference between my "normal" weekend days, and yesterday is the beer. I usually drink a lot more than four on at least one night of the weekend. :rolleyes:

Get a job at McDonald's for 1 day & work the grill - I guarantee you won't EVER eat it again.....I haven't eaten the McD's since I worked there.....bleh!

Goals for today: drink 16 cups of water, eat 1300-1400 cals, do HIIT in the evening

I am feeling SO bloated today. My rings, which are usually very loose, were hard to put on. It's times like these that being a girl sucks!

6:00 - 1 stacker 3

6:30 - Treadmill - 30 minutes, 2.5 miles @ 5mph. YAY!!
By this weekend, I want to run 3 miles. Today's run wasn't bad at all. Once I get to 3, I'll start working on my time. I'm as slow as a snail right now! :lmao:

7:50 - 1 scoop pro powder, 8oz H2O, multi, C, B, 2 Midol
