    For fat loss the most important thing is Diet.

    I would go with Diet + Weight Training (to maintain muscle mass) + any type of Cardio (to increase the caloric deficit and conditioning).

    It's basic and it works.

    you can weight train by doing circuit training

    don't think that weight training is just a bunch of big fat dudes throwing around heavy weights.

    Get into a caloric deficit every single day and any exercise will help. I like the idea of doing a bunch of different things.
