Shadow, I have a few questions for you. I am starting your project Monday, however, I can not split the cardio and weights like the program suggest. I work full-time, have a daughter, run my own small consulting business and am going to graduate school full-time. When I leave the office I am literally off and running to get everything accomplished by 10:30p.m. I get up at 4:00a.m. so that I can get my workout in however, there is no time to split the workouts like that. I have about two hours in the morning for training however. Is it possible I can still be successful while doing the weights AND cardio in the morning? Also, I'm not use to taking anything meaning any type of pills, medications, etc, not even for bad headaches, or colds, however, I can sacrifice and take the Glucorell-R, and apply the yohimburn, however I'm a little concerned about the thermorexin (sp?) and the creatine. I KNOW I won't get the SAME results without them but what is the measure of success you think this plan has without them?
