    veggies are fair game.

    just buy them organic, cook them properly or eat raw if you can. i don't recommend ever consuming brocolli raw, lighly boiling is what you should do so it digests

    cabbage and kale and those harder veggies i would not mess with, why? very tough on the digestion

    I don't prep, but I eat all kinds of veggies. They are good and good for you.

    Veggies don't really count in your macros. The value is insignificant. Just use them for vitamins and fiber.

    Prep is always handy. Work hard for one day and youve got food for a week. Eat organic veg and grass fed meats.
