I am left handed and my left bicep is always a tad bigger but, lately when i train them my left bicep is getting bigger. Eventhough i train them the same:confused: Should i train the right one harder?

it is not uncommon to have one arm slightly bigger than the other, however if there is a huge difference there may be a nerve issue going on...need a little more info....they have found that training muscles together while one may be weaker, such as from an injury, the injured muscle will try to keep up with the good one, and will usually recover in time....alot has to do with neurological pathways in a given body-part...
