Trouble with appetite

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about Trouble with appetite within the Women's Fitness (Female Bodybuilding and Training) category.

Excerpt: Lately I've had little to no appetite. I've been eating every 2-3 hrs. Like clockwork I would get hungry when it was time to eat again but not so much as of late. I make myself eat but that only seems to make the next meal even harder to get down. Anyone else go thru this? What do you do?

    Re: Trouble with appetite

an efficient body does not need to have food thrown at it every 2-3 hours. when you aren't hungry you do not need to eat. focus on eating healthy foods instead of eating on a schedule as if we are robots or something. we aren't. no animal on earth has EVER eaten on a schedule except the ones in captivity which also suffer from depression and anxiety.

You don't need to be eating so frequently. Stop forcing it

Eat cleaner foods. Smaller meals will also help.
