Trouble with appetite

[FONT=&quot]Lately I've had little to no appetite. I've been eating every 2-3 hrs. Like clockwork I would get hungry when it was time to eat again but not so much as of late. I make myself eat but that only seems to make the next meal even harder to get down.[/FONT]

an efficient body does not need to have food thrown at it every 2-3 hours. when you aren't hungry you do not need to eat. focus on eating healthy foods instead of eating on a schedule as if we are robots or something. we aren't. no animal on earth has EVER eaten on a schedule except the ones in captivity which also suffer from depression and anxiety.
 
You don't need to be eating so frequently. Stop forcing it
